The Puerta was a pivotal element of our Trabajo Final de Grado (TFG) project exhibition, engineered to serve as an efficient, transportable structure that could be transported from the UIC workshop to the COAC in Barcelona. As its name suggests, the Puerta needed to open and close, reflecting its dual function as both a display system and a conceptual gateway. It exhibited the drawings of our TFG projects while embodying the constructive system we each employed, enhancing our ability to explain and connect our designs with the audience. Crafted from recycled wood, the Puerta highlighted sustainability and creativity, serving as a striking example of how functionality, aesthetics, and conceptual integrity can harmonize. After the presentations, the structure was disassembled at the UIC workshop and repurposed for future students, further reinforcing its commitment to sustainability and innovation.
